Introduction
Hello my name is Helen Taylor-Manning,principal of Helen’s School of Dance.
Helen’s School of Dance has been successfully operating for 34 years and has seen many pupils come through its doors. Many of these pupils have gone on to perform professionally, complete dance degrees or have their own dance schools. Others have worked their way through the dance syllabus’, across subjects and have reached a level where they are now qualified to teach with me. As well as myself, there are eight qualified dance teachers, one student teachers, one assistant dance teacher and five Saturday helpers within the school. We have dance shows at the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre once a year and all pupils work on and take examinations from the Central Dancing Association, with a100% pass rate.
My ethos is “Dancing is a Hobby which should be enjoyed by all”.
